Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Shipping Methods:

  • We provide Standard and Express Shipping options for your Flipper Zero order. Standard shipping is free, while express shipping is available for an additional fee. To ensure reliable deliveries, we work with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL for both domestic and international shipments.

    • Standard Shipping: 10-25 business days (delivery times may vary by country)

    • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days (delivery times may vary by country)

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will assist in resolving the issue.

Return & Refund Policy​​

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate the exchange process. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Some items, such as open-box, used, or personalized products, are not eligible for returns.
